Poor management and unfair firing practices
Pros: Not many pros as such
Cons: Pathetic management. Worst unethical hire and fire policy. They fired me in 3 months of hiring because they weren't getting more clients in the vertical that was assigned to me. (Note: Client acquisition wasn't my KPI, the sales team does it). The management is highly reluctant to give leaves, despite expecting you to handle work emergencies after work hours and even in holidays and weekends.
Pros: Working as a Senior Key Account Manager, I am gaining valuable experience and continuously growing both personally and professionally. Each day brings new learning opportunities that help me enhance my skills, improve my understanding of client management, and strengthen my overall capabilities. I am consistently working on developing myself and becoming better in my role with every passing day.
Cons: I have focused only on the positives so far and haven’t had the opportunity to look at the negatives yet. My approach has been to learn, grow, and make the most of every positive experience.
