Ambitious leadership lacks direction and honesty.
Pros: Ambitious . Decisive . Good education pedigree of founders
Cons: ambitious without any direction. decisive in a very vague manner with delays. pedigree does not help is the product is not succeeding bcos of the execution processes being messed up. The most dishonest company I came across my career. They give you fake promises and will exhaust your potential just because of your passion. If they offer , ask them for a security of a minimum of 1 year and take a minimum of 50-60% hike on your last salary since they lie and most of their engineers did infact got those hike percentages. The founders and engineering directors will manipulate you into joining them but they do not have any vision. The founders are also not at peace and fight among themselves most of the time. If possible for this year and coming judge their revenue , funding and vision completely. Do your research before joining.

Good learning exposure with room for process improvement
Pros: Strong exposure to GST compliance and filings, knowledgeable colleagues, decent learning opportunities, and structured reporting systems.
Cons: High workload during peak compliance periods, tight deadlines, limited work-life balance at times, and processes can be slow to change.

Pathetic telephonic round experience. On the telephonic round,in the end HR said "you are good to go" sent me interview invite at the same time and also confirmed my availability. After two hrs my interview got cancelled because my "communication" was average! Seriously? Then why you scheduled my interview? Totally pathetic and unprofessional experience. The worst hiring experience of my career.

I applied for this role via linkedin referral. HR informed to have total 3 rounds- 2 tech interview and 1 culture fitment. I appeared for Tech interview round1 where I was asked 2 DSA question. I couldn't clear this round.

- Round1- Tech Interview online 1) Given a binary array nums and an integer k, return the maximum number of consecutive 1's in the array if you can flip at most k 0's. 2) There are n children standing in a line. Each child is assigned a rating value given in the integer array ratings. You are giving candies to these children subjected to the following requirements: (i)Each child must have at least one candy. (ii)Children with a higher rating get more candies than their neighbors. Return the minimum number of candies you need to have to distribute the candies to the children. Both problems are from leetcode.

The interviewer was condescending, consistently undermined my ability to express myself, and negated my experiences. Their condescending demeanor created a challenging atmosphere and constantly kept belittling my answers to certain questions. Overall, it wasn't a very pleasant experience.
