After the selection process, there is very little guidance or mentorship. The focus is primarily on completing assignments within deadlines rather than providing meaningful learning opportunities, structured training, or real industry exposure.
Cons: The program primarily focuses on assigning tasks with strict deadlines, but offers limited mentorship or practical industry exposure. Most of the learning material consists of YouTube videos that appear to be sourced from external creators rather than being developed by the company. I was expecting more structured training, original learning resources, and hands-on guidance aligned with real-world industry practices.

Cons: TA Management is very manipulative and entire TA team is working on fake hirings to gain there points. All old employees are working just to save jobs or working on managenent references. Biased people and culture. Groupism and mental harassment by people and management, no process since I joined and it’s been 5 years now. Favouritism at its peak, non deserving HR professionals.
