Very disappointing and unprofessional interview process. The interview itself went quite well, but there has been absolutely no response from the HR team despite multiple follow-ups through calls and emails. At this point, even the calls and emails are being ignored. Candidates invest significant time and effort preparing for and attending interviews, so the least they deserve is clear communication—even if the final decision is negative. Completely ghosting a candidate after an interview is simply unprofessional and reflects poorly on the organization’s hiring process.
