Cons: It is somewhat laid back, If you are looking to earn a little more but work harder look elsewhere.

Cons: Inconsistent testing approaches depending on who you are working with which can be confusing.
View on GlassdoorPros: One full week off for July 4th week but hardly compensation for the brutal and demanding busy season schedule of 55 hour work weeks.
Cons: Training as a staff is terrible, no one takes the time to teach anyone anything, they are only worried about their own workload and just tell you to look at the prior year workpaper. Managers and above have forgotten how to be people with lives. They attained their promotions by either being a bully or a doormat (ie, having no boundaries).
