Clifyx – Fast-paced remote US staffing role with strong hands-on learning, growth opportunities, and career development
Pros: Working at Clifyx as a Senior Technical Recruiter has been a very hands-on experience for me. If someone is serious about learning IT recruitment, this is the kind of place where you actually learn by doing every single day. I got exposure to end-to-end recruitment — sourcing candidates, working on US client requirements, coordinating interviews, and handling fast-moving hiring demands. The pace is high, but that’s also what helped me improve my sourcing skills and become more confident in dealing with different technologies and client expectations. The environment is performance-focused. If you are consistent and take ownership, you do get visibility and opportunities to handle better requirements. I also got to work with different tools and portals which really helped me understand how US staffing works in real time. Clifyx is a good opportunity for recruiters who want strong exposure in US IT staffing while working remotely. It’s best suited for people who are self-driven, comfortable with fast-paced work, and willing to learn through real-time hiring challenges.
Cons: The role is fast-paced and target-driven, which can feel demanding during peak hiring periods. More structured processes, clearer communication, and improved onboarding and training to new hires would help improve efficiency and make the experience smoother. Work-life balance may also vary depending on workload and active requirements.
