This was oncampus opportunity started with online assessment which had aptitude and one dsa questions which was easy.String based dsa questions was asked , next stage was face to face interview with recruiter it involved projects and one linked list question, next was hr round it started with availabiltiy to relocate , where do you see yourself in next 5 years, if you are made education minister of your state what initiative will you take.

Went through multiple technical rounds and a client round, all of which were positive. HR then collected documents and discussed/agreed on compensation and joining details. After several days of waiting, I was unexpectedly informed that the client feedback was negative. I understand that final selection depends on the client, but clearer communication and expectation management at the final stage would have improved the candidate experience. Wasted complete 1 month

Interview Experience – QA Cleared multiple technical rounds and completed the client round. HR also collected documents and discussed compensation and joining date. After several days of waiting, I was informed that the client feedback was negative. Overall, the process was professional, but the final feedback took longer than expected. Clearer communication on timelines would improve the candidate experience.
