View on GlassdoorPros: Remote work is the only good thing here
Cons: Everything is terrible. Terrible management. No directions meaning constantly switching projects. Management doesn’t care about employees at all. It’s a corporate war in there. Constantly laying off good people and stretching team super thin. While asking you to do more. Unlimited PTO is a scam. Managers will make you feel terrible for taking a week off. No mentorship and constant blame game from management because they know they are doing terrible so they just keep blaming the people at the bottom of the chain. Can’t focus on what we are good at. Small to mid size firm. They are chasing the enterprise firms but they’ll hit a real wall when they will realize their product is not built for them. They are just successful because financial firms need this to stay compliant. Pay is awful. You’ll never get a raise or promotion since leadership is always down playing your achievements and don’t give clear guidelines on what their expectations are.
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote work, great people for the most part, a product that is a requirement for most financial companies. Pay is at or above market level.
Cons: Unlimited PTO is just a buzzword, managers are increasingly annoyed every time you take vacation. Direction is unclear, chasing new product launches over stability.
View on GlassdoorPros: • Flexible hybrid work model — great work-life balance. • No micromanagement; you own your work. • Excellent knowledge transfer (KT) sessions — helpful for onboarding and upskilling. • Low-stress environment with no unreasonable work pressure. • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
Cons: • Salaries are on the lower band of market standards, especially painful for senior/experienced folks. • 3-10% hike — don't expect meaningful annual increments. • Compensation doesn't keep pace with your growing experience or the cost of living. • For a product-based fintech, the pay expectations aren't met — you'll likely need to job-hop for a raise.
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote work and unlimited PTO
Cons: This is by far the worst place I've ever worked at, leadership is toxic and works weekends and makes everyone's life miserable with endless side quests. If you perform your job perfectly you never really get credited for it. But when you make a singular mistake they're ruthless, they will tag team and bully team members, for basically not reading their minds. Not only is this environment toxic, but it's disrespectful, there's been high turn over in this department 8+ people have left within the last year. The targets are nearly impossible to reach with an understaffed team.

it was good and straight-forward. Started off with a GD and gave us easy topics and then was shortlisted for two more rounds. the last two rounds was virtual and was good and asked from resume
