Pros: Great pay, based on market, Hybrid, Very Flexible Work Time & mOde
Cons: Middle Management not that mature but good
View on GlassdoorPros: Flexible work environment with a strong focus on meaningful outcomes rather than rigid processes. You get the opportunity to contribute to large-scale impact in the education sector, working on solutions that improve the lives of students, teachers, and government education administrators. The organization offers a supportive learning environment, exposure to challenging problems, and ample opportunities for professional growth and development. The sense of purpose and ownership in the work makes it a rewarding place to build your career.
Cons: The pace of work is fast, and priorities can shift based on business needs. This can be challenging at times but offers significant learning and growth opportunities.

Cons: Log jara fati me rehte hai
View on GlassdoorPros: I've been with the company for several years, and it's been rewarding to see its continuous efforts to innovate and shape the edtech space with the goal of making quality education more accessible to everyone. One of the biggest strengths of the company is its culture. The work environment is collaborative, and team members are genuinely supportive and willing to help each other succeed. There's a strong sense of ownership, while still encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing. The learning opportunities here are excellent. The work is challenging, exposes you to diverse technical and business problems, and pushes you to continuously grow. If you're looking for a place where you'll be encouraged to learn, take on responsibility, and build your skills, this is a great environment.
Cons: The company has grown from a small startup into a much larger organization, some startup agility has naturally been replaced by more structured processes and approvals. This can occasionally slow down decision-making and execution. Rapid growth has also brought its share of operational challenges, and adapting to evolving processes can take time. However, these are typical growing pains for a scaling organization, and the company generally works towards resolving them effectively.

Cons: The fast-paced environment may require employees to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

recently interviewed for a Senior Android Engineer role and found the experience disappointing from a candidate perspective. The interview began directly with coding questions without much introduction or discussion. I was asked to solve two medium-level DSA problems, which I completed with optimal approaches and discussed their time and space complexities. However, the interaction felt abrupt, and the interview concluded very quickly with limited feedback or technical discussion. When I asked for clarification, I was told my DSA skills did not meet expectations, despite having solved the problems successfully. I believe interviews are not only about evaluation but also about maintaining professional and respectful communication with candidates. Unfortunately, this experience did not leave a positive impression.
Sample questions
The interview process was smooth and professional. I was contacted via email for a virtual interview. The session lasted about an hour and included both technical and behavioral questions. The interviewer focused on my understanding of supervised learning, model evaluation, Python coding, and problem-solving in ML workflows. They also asked about my projects and practical applications. The overall atmosphere was friendly, and the interviewer gave enough time to explain my thoughts.
From screening to onboarding, every step of the process was smooth and transparent. Every minute detail was given by the HR, and the role clarity was provided by the panelists.
Sample questions
I sat for an on Campus Offline Interview for Convegenius in September 2024. The interview Process Included total of Two Technical and One Hiring Manager Round. Students having CGPA greater than 6.5 who were Shortlisted Based on the Online Assessment were Eligible to Sit for the Interviews.
Sample questions
Process was not great. As I was working on weekdays I requested to re-schedule it on a Saturday morning or early morning between 8:30 to 9:30 am but the interview was cancelled.
