Pros: I was there fr 3 months and I loved the energy and the culture. I learnt alot of practical aspectd which was not taught in the college

I liked the freedom
Pros: I was directly working with the CEO and I must say I got to learn a lot about how the IT services sector work and how to curate content that will bring traffic. I learned keyword research and also understood what topics should be selected based on trending topics. A very good experience overall
Cons: Less work time flexibility. I am home maker and sometimes I was not able to checkin on time. That lead to salary deduction.

Good company
Pros: The company is very nice. Employees are friendly and my senior was helpful. Management townhall is very good

Cons: I want client communication but due to my low confidence the team lead is saying I should first try and speak better english

It was based on practical scenarios and knowledge about IT services including web application, mobile application development etc. Other than this basic personality questions were asked. It was very interactive in nature.

It was a two-round interview : 1. Technical Interview by two senior developers in the same call. This was totally based on Javascript, React.js, Redux and HTML and a few of questions on current project. 2. Next round is a take-home task needs to be in 6 hours it was a simple to-do app. After submission of the task. Im trying to reach HR but they are not responding. They are not even sending a rejection mail. They are totally wating candidates time. Actually, because of this type of behaviour of HR selected candidates do not responds to HRs after getting an offer.

But after lack of many follow-ups, the management and the HR team did not bother to reply, pick up my call or had the audacity to inform me. After 6 weeks, when I landed a much better job in Ahmedabad based MNC, they called for the update and I rejected their offer.

I was called by HR from Creole Studio. I reached their office location and appeared for a technical round. Just after completing a technical round, the interviewer gave me a practical task in node.js to be performed. I completed the task with all requirements and the interviewer tested it as well. The interviewer was impressed and gave positive feedback on the spot. Then HR told me to wait for a salary discussion with the CEO. The CEO was too much busy than Mark Zuckerberg. He was busy watching funny YouTube videos. I almost spent 3 hours in the interview process and was still waiting to meet him. After many requests to HR, He finally paused the YouTube video and called me in. As he was frustrated, He said he has some intelligent guys from one of the top colleges in Gujarat working for him for almost free ( penny salaries ), How could ask for a 15% to 20% hike? After wasting too much of the valuable time of my life, "The Great Mark Zuckerberg" said, We may call you if we are interested in your profile. After a few days, They called me to join the company for a lesser salary than my current salary. But I declined the offer.
