Toxic culture with unreasonable workload and no support

Pros: No pros here—just cons. The culture is extremely toxic, there’s practically zero support, and the workload is completely unreasonable. There’s absolutely no work-life balance, and the constant workload creates an insane amount of unnecessary stress. Add office politics, blame games, poor management, and a complete lack of support, and you get a workplace that is exhausting rather than productive. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—not even interns. If you value your mental peace, personal time, or any semblance of a healthy work environment, stay away.
