Toxic environment with excessive hours and harsh treatment
Pros: There are no pros in this company
Cons: They will make you work till 2am. Work on weekends. Give works you are not familiar with and call you STUPID, IDIOT, call your work PATHETIC. And question your whole existence even after delivering what is required. I advise no one to join this company. The most TOXIC company.

Ahmedabad's Project Development Team's Toxic Work Culture
Pros: 1. The company offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, making it an attractive place to work for top talent. 2. Its dedication to customer satisfaction has built a loyal client base and a strong reputation in the industry.
Cons: I will continue to remember the names of these individuals for a considerable time, owing to the unnecessary tension, unrealistic targets, and excessive pressure that were consistently imposed during my tenure I would strongly advise against joining this individual's team at Ahmedabad Project Development Services. The work environment is highly unprofessional, characterized by abusive behavior, racial insensitivity, and employee harassment. There is also a consistent pattern of underestimating team members' capabilities, which can lead to demotivation and a sense of stagnation despite the position appearing favorable on the surface. I recommend considering this opportunity only as a last resort, particularly if one is currently unemployed and has no other viable options available.
