Pros: You will get a job
Cons: If you join with a 3 year bond, they market it as "job security," but the company can lay you off anytime while you cannot leave without paying the bond amount (₹2 lakh in my case). Most TLs have little to no understanding of the technologies their own teams work on. From client communication to project submissions, teammates end up managing almost everything. No matter how experienced or specialized you are, they can switch your tech stack overnight (e.g., from web development to Flutter) with no learning period and expect you to work directly on live projects. The workplace hygiene is poor , cockroaches inside the coffee machine, dirty washrooms, frequent shortage of tissue rolls, no compensation for overtime, and employees are often expected to work weekends without pay. Project quality is generally poor, with many client projects delivered half complete and below expected standards. You will learn a lot because of the workload, but you won't learn proper coding standards or best practices since every project is rushed under unrealistic deadlines from day one.
