Pros: very nice company, stick to the actual hours and are supportive
Cons: Pay might be less but experience is worth it
View on GlassdoorPros: Opportunity to work in aerospace and other advanced technology domains, with a strong focus on the B2B sector. Ownership-driven culture where you can take on as much responsibility as you're willing to handle. Flexible work environment with no strict monitoring of working hours. While work hours are flexible, the nature of the work often means putting in extra time when needed to achieve meaningful outcomes.
Cons: 1. Despite being an MNC, job security is limited, and compensation is not always competitive. 2. The organization appears to have a relatively high management-to-execution ratio, which can slow decision-making and delivery. 3. Leadership often seems focused on managing internal challenges rather than enabling teams. 4. Recognition and rewards tend to diminish at junior levels, leaving individual contributors feeling overlooked. 5. Exceptional performance is not always acknowledged, while accountability for failures is more visible. 6. Regional biases and internal politics have become more noticeable in recent times. However, there have been efforts to address these issues by replacing or restructuring responsible leadership. 7. There are comparatively more program management roles than active programs, which can create organizational inefficiencies. 8. Expectations for high-quality engineering output are high, but the tools and infrastructure available do not always match those expectations.
View on GlassdoorPros: Work life balance and management
Cons: Don't expect double digit hikes
View on GlassdoorPros: good atmosphere no more Pros I can't even think about it
Cons: bad managers and senior management including HR as they support and work for them only and not for other employess. managers are working from home and asking team memebers to visit the office. they themselves misuse flexibility and show as if they are productive enough. don't know on what basis CYIENT is promoting MANAGERS those who can't even clear the doubts and are not even aware of the core process.
View on GlassdoorPros: Good projects, training provided, good exposure.
Cons: Low salary, underpaid most of the employees
