Interview Experience - Disappointing and Unprofessional Process I went through nearly five rounds of interviews over a span of two months, despite being initially told there would only be three rounds. Communication was extremely delayed throughout the process, and I had to follow up multiple times to get any kind of update. After all that time and effort, I finally received a generic rejection email only after making several calls. The reason given was that the project associated with the role was "on hold"—something that could have been communicated much earlier in the process. Overall, the interview experience was frustrating and poorly managed. It showed a lack of consideration for the candidate’s time and expectations. I hope the company works on making its recruitment process more transparent and respectful going forward.

HR contacted for java developer opportunity for Dubai locaiton Just single 1 hour interview in Java, after which got call from HR that you have cleared the round sharing the detailed feedback HR told that she will share the profile with Client now in Dubai and will let you know about further interview schedule Repeatedly followed up with HR and keep getting same reply from HR, it is been waiting for client shortlisting after 2 months of interview also same status

Its brief concentrated on required stuff. Not just asking questions related to all technical streams . asked more question on the my earlier experiences. Focused on things i have worked on and are related to them.

BAD BAD BAD Experience with the HR Professional. It took 1.5 months after first round to schedule second round of interview. HR saying we have one Client interview round left and then they again wait for 1 month and then they ask for some test. And then so response.
