View on GlassdoorPros: no pros for the company, only cons
Cons: The company offers very low or almost negligible appraisals, regardless of the effort employees put in. Even after consistently delivering work on time and handling responsibilities seriously, there is little to no appreciation from management. Upper management is poorly aligned with ground-level teams and often does not listen to team leads or employee concerns. This creates frustration and a disconnect between leadership and execution teams. There is also no proper bonus structure or performance-based rewards, which further affects employee motivation and morale.
View on GlassdoorPros: Supportive and Collaborative Team: Teammates are friendly, helpful, and always willing to jump in to support one another, creating a positive work environment. Agile Development Cycle: Agile methodologies support rapid iteration and continuous improvement, making it easy to stay aligned and productive. Good Work-Life Balance: Many employees appreciate flexible hours and a supportive understanding of personal time. Learning & Growth Opportunities: Exposure to modern tools, cross-functional projects, and knowledge-sharing initiatives strengthens professional development. Purposeful Mission: Working in digital health feels meaningful since the products aim to improve real health outcomes.
Cons: Processes Can Be Evolving: In a fast-paced environment, shifting priorities and evolving processes may sometimes impact long-term planning and predictability. Benefits & Infrastructure: While generally positive, there’s feedback about improving benefits and physical infrastructure amenities.
