Pros: Flexible work from home options available
Cons: On a serious note, they won't consider career of a candidate who joins in the company with ambitions. I was onboarded on a project after 40 days in bench, then off boarded within 28 days. They put me again on bench and gave 2 interviews for namesake. they clearly knew that they dont have enough project to accomodate, but they were still gave false hopes and finally after 60 days, they told there are no projects and we need to separate. one question " if u have no projects , then why are you hiring in bulk numbers???". seriously not a secured job option for new comers where u can see people already staying 5+, 10+ years in the company. worst career choice.
