all good but low salary and saturdays are working
Pros: people are nice and supportive
Cons: company's rules are focused too much on comapnys growth and less on the employee, for e.g.- no paid leaves during probation, compensatory off for working on sundays are takenaway if u did not meet the reuirements of task.. salaries are way too low, they will always try to hire u for less rather than having a spine to give what they have decided based on all relevant factors
