View on GlassdoorPros: I knew things had some risk when I asked employees prior to joining if this was a good company and they said the best part was the pay and the benefits. Those are actually quite good for a company that considers itself a startup. There are some good, nice, approachable people at DexCare - and I made some good friendships while working there. I think at a high level the leadership knows what the market needs around growth and capacity management. The company has some "top" investors, and a lot of capital raised. This might sound good, but the business historically has had a tenuous relationship with the board.
Cons: The execution at DexCare is some of the worst I've seen in my time in digital health - which is extensive. The company failed to set up controls to scale properly out of Providence, which has left an incredible amount of technical debt. It operates less as a SaaS company, and more as a consultancy. Everything is too custom. The business was originally built on Virtual On Demand and there is one flagship customer that keeps that product line alive. Post COVID the organization pivoted to a search and schedule company, and is a late entrant to the market. It has struggled to pull the two solutions together to create a cohesive and innovative look at the future. There is a large gap between the vision and execution. This is a series C company that operates a lot more like a well funded series A company - still trying to find PMF. Each department has a number of struggles, engineering didn't scale properly out of Providence and has to manage each client individually, implementation takes far too long and nobody really seems to understand the full picture, marketing just lost their CMO and has struggled to create a compelling case and lead gen, and sales hired too many people and then fired a lot of them last week. Every deal has to be a "home run" for the business...which is hard to execute against. Overall DexCare doesn't feel like a healthy organization.

Attended the drive in Zinnov workspace Bangalore. Experience was very bad. They did not had proper process to follow, called the candidates randomly without any queue. Took only 1 round due to time constraint, Interviewer asked easy question regarding data modelling / system design and few sql queries. Got call from HR saying that i cleared the interview, but no communication from dexcare, and they Ghosted.

The interview was scheduled on a weekend at 12 PM, and the HR called me every day before the interview just to confirm if I would be attending. I reached 15 minutes early, but they made me wait for 45 minutes and then moved me to a different floor. I asked when my interview would be scheduled, and they said they would let me know once they got an update. Eventually, my interview was scheduled for 3:30 PM. That was basically 3.5 hours wasted. They could have simply asked me to come at 3 PM. The interview itself was good. Both interviewers were good and the technical round went well. After that, they again asked me to wait without giving any specific timeline. Then the managerial round was scheduled, and that interviewer was also good. After the managerial round, they again made me wait for around 30 minutes and finally told me that they would get back to me in 3–4 days, by Wednesday. Wednesday came and I didn't get any call. I tried calling the HR, but they're not picking up either. This is the same HR who was calling me every day before the interview to make sure I would attend. I've given multiple onsite interviews before, but this was by far the worst-managed one I've experienced. After spending the whole day there, I at least deserve an email with an update, even if the decision is negative. The lack of communication after making me spend the entire day at their office is honestly disappointing.
