My interview experience with Ebizon was disappointing due to the lack of communication throughout the process. I went through multiple rounds, including a screening round, HR discussion, technical interview, and a machine test. After successfully completing these stages, I was asked to visit the office for another machine test and salary discussion. I took the time to travel to the office, completed the assessment, and also had the salary discussion. After that, I received no updates from the company. I waited for around a week and eventually had to follow up myself. Only then was I informed that the position had been put on hold. I understand that hiring plans can change, and positions can be put on hold. However, what I found disappointing was the lack of communication and follow-up from the recruitment team, especially after investing considerable time and effort into multiple interview rounds and an office visit.

The interview process was very nice, and the HR and team leads were welcoming and helped with swift onboarding later. So far, this is the most efficient onboarding process I have experienced.

It was hard and i didnt liked it . Interviewer was ride i dont liked the behaviour too. Salary was also not upto the market process. They must change there policy and condict leaner interviews.
