View on GlassdoorPros: Good culture and environment to work
Cons: Need to improve in there database with ATS that helps to get a Overall performance of an employee
View on GlassdoorPros: This is a no-pressure workplace for professionals, who want to keep learning and growing. Even when no one is watching, if you can work, join EITS. Others/ otherwise, don't even come here for interview
Cons: Expect more from employees, so that they will perform better.
View on GlassdoorPros: This is my first organization, and I couldn’t have asked for a better start. The team is welcoming, and the work environment is really supportive. I’ve learned so much here—management encourages growth, and they’re always open to questions or new ideas. I’ve had a good time working here. The people are friendly. Management listens—at least most of the time—and they really encourage us to learn and grow.
Cons: Honestly, I don’t have many complaints.nothing that stands out as a major issue. For a first job, this place has been a really good experience , and I’m grateful for the experience so far.
View on GlassdoorPros: No manager supervises or micro-manages the teammate. We should know why we are walking-in to office. Cool place to work, perform and grow. There is money for performers. Working with clients like, KPIT, Wipro, Mphasis, HCL.
Cons: Nothing to mention, as I want EITS to grow faster and bigger.

Face to Face with Hiring Manager. She asked few questions from HR perspective. The next round was with the CEO of the company. Few questions about my technical skills, about my previous job.
Sample questions
The interview consists of 4 rounds. First the written test, then the Group Discussion, then again a written test, and finally the one on one interview. It's a fair process and candidates were shortlisted from every rounds.
Sample questions
After filling-in a form, it was an informal discussion, but digging deep to evaluate my knowledge & performance, spanning about 90 minutes. A friendly conversation, which made me realize where I stand and what I should do to become good.
Sample questions
Unless you do the groundwork in internet, website & linkedin. It is difficult to cut the interview. They wanted the associates to take up complete ownership of work they offer. It is very clear that they expect nothing other than your performance & results. Interview was very transparent that it's a performance driven environment & it is meant for Performers otherwise survival would be difficult.
Sample questions
1.Telephone- They check the communication skill and your interest towards the opportunity. 2. Face to Face- They check/ discuss to understand your knowledge about the industry. It will definitely not work out if you go on a "let just try" mode!!
