Pros: Work life balance Friendly atmosphere
Cons: Low pay Changing culture after bain acquisition
View on GlassdoorPros: Remote work and there is no time constraint like you can start early or late but complete the 9 hrs
Cons: Since there is no time constraint and you might have to connect with US team then you could be working for 12 hrs due to meetings at the end
View on GlassdoorPros: Work from Home option available
Cons: Recent career framework and designation changes have significantly affected employee morale. Many experienced leaders were moved to individual contributor roles which is like one or 2 level below the current role, that too after spending several years in leadership positions. Along with this people close to senior management received accelerated promotions. No effective communication and transparency through out the process except some townhalls sharing high level info, leaving many employees concerned about their career progression. Many employees also worry that the new IC designations do not accurately reflect their years of leadership experience and may make it more difficult to pursue leadership opportunities outside Envestnet.

The Envestnet interview was moderate and technical in nature, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving skills and core programming fundamentals. Candidates were expected to build logic without relying on inbuilt functions and clearly explain their approach, thought process, and solution steps during the discussion.
Sample questions
The interview process involves multiple technical rounds focused on real-time problem-solving. Candidates must apply fundamental concepts to practical, scenario-based questions, showcasing analytical thinking, querying efficency, debugging skills, and clear communication throughout.
Sample questions
They first did a basic aptitude and coding round. Then did an advanced aptitude round which was pointless but they eliminated a lot of people through these round. Then they gave the shortlisted candidates 3 options to choose from, software developer, cloud engineer and quality assurance. I choose quality assurance, there were 8 candidates from our college who choose quality assurance. They scheduled the interview after lagging for almost a month, then they rescheduled the interview again. During the interview they asked pointless questions that were basically of no use in context of the role that I am applying for. The results came after another month and nobody was selected for quality assurance. They Just played around, got some free advertising, wasted time of many peoples, conducted pointless interview and they just went by. Why are they even conducting interview if they don't want to select anyone, why can't they just mind their own selfish little life.
Sample questions
Three rounds with an HR round. Campus placement. Aptitude test and a test based on a lecture. Technical round was not stressing at all. No group discussion was conducted. And the results were announced on the same day.
Sample questions
The interview process I went through included several stages: Initial Telephone Screening: Conducted by HR to discuss my background, expectations, and role alignment. Technical Interview: Focused on my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and relevant experience. Managerial Interview: Evaluated my approach to project management, team collaboration, and leadership qualities. Behavioral Interview: Assessed my interpersonal skills, work ethics, and how I handle specific work scenarios
