Cons: - There is no formal induction program upon joining; employees are directly assigned to projects. In some cases, they are placed in the middle of an ongoing project, which can become chaotic if they do not fully understand the requirements. - Micromanagement can negatively impact employees' confidence. Additionally, daily stand-up meetings already provide feedback, making separate touch-base meetings unnecessary. - The working hours are unusual, from 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM. If there are heavy workloads, employees may need to work until 2:00 AM or even 3:00 AM, which can be detrimental to their health. - Maintaining documentation is challenging, as employees must balance their tasks, documentation, and writing user stories in agile software. - There is no dedicated QA team to evaluate work before it is sent to clients, which increases the risk of errors. - The architecture diagrams should be crystal clear for employees and stakeholders involved in the project.
