Toxic culture with micromanagement and favoritism
Pros: None. Please dont join. It is no longer an MNC, It is indian.
Cons: The company sucks. Performance is purely political or how much licking one does to supervisor. All managers now are indian so be prepared for micromanaging, backbiting, and favorism. I have heard from my friends of even religious comments being passed nowadays, so goodluck. No perks, from timing to work all are poor. They treat you like labors. There should be 0 stars rating too, they deserved that. Better to look for Shell, Chevron and BP. Honestly i have worked in Indian company and that was better than this so called MNC.

The Process was good and Comfortable. The Interviewer were genuine and straight forward. Most of the question were based on almost all the topics. Related to data base and etc. Most of the questions were on Power BI as well. Since BI was not my expertise it was bit challenging.
