Unstable environment with demanding hours and no benefits

Pros: No pros at this organisation, join only if you have no other offer letters and ready to work full day continuously and also invest few hours at night for content preparation.

Cons: Company assigns full day classes regularly 6-7 hours which becomes very difficult to take as we need to speak continuously. Keeps relocating continuously, you will not get longer leaves due to multiple college changes, they don't pay you once your assignment is completed from college even if you are in the company, and they may ask you to resign at any moment by giving some excuse.
