Flexible, but intense!
Pros: Great career opportunities for fresh graduates; Get to collaborate with interesting internal employees, and get idea on understanding clients. Friendly and supportive founding members.
Cons: Opportunities for career growth and competitive compensation could be further enhanced to match the industry standards. Improvements in career progression pathways and incentive structures would make this a better place to work.
