My interview was taken by a MAC, and at the beginning I told him that his voice wasn’t audible. Still, we continued with the interview, and then he started asking me grammar questions. In my 5 years of career, I’ve never experienced an interview like this before.

HR (S Redekar) coordinated three interview rounds for the role. However, communication regarding the interview outcomes and next steps could have been significantly better. After each interview round, I had to follow up multiple times via email and text to receive updates. Even after the final round with First Advantage leadership, I have not received any communication from the HR team regarding the outcome or next steps. While I understand that hiring decisions can take time, timely communication especially after multiple rounds of interviews would make the candidate experience much better. A simple status update, even if the decision is still pending, would be appreciated.
