View on GlassdoorPros: Health insurance except parental and WFH are the only pros at this company
Cons: During interview they will tell you you will work on latest technologies like nest js next js kubernates. They might give you that project for 2 months and once that gets over.. You will be moved to dead beat legacy project where you will be maintaining a 20 year old software which is so buggy that you will be supporting all of the time.. At times you will feel the it's not a project it's a call center because you are solving production issues which cannot be solved alone and requires everyone's time. The blame game is so apt here.. They'll blame every developer and ask to revert code without review if anything breaks. You won't have access to 90% of the stuff this only will get you frustrated. Don't join this company. This is a career dead job. Oh and hikes range from 3-7%.
View on GlassdoorPros: No Pro as such in the company
Cons: Company is too worst, Culture is very bad give vibes as it's a hell in the world. IAM practice is very bad and useless, no vision for any goals. Business analyst have become product owner to drive project. People put employees on PIP and torture too badly. They say if you think of resigning them we will give bad comments on your Reliving Letters. People here engaged themselves more into politics and do blame game. Don't Join
View on GlassdoorPros: Flexible wfh option. This is the only pro. Please dont fall for it while Joining.
Cons: Till 2024 November it was a great place to work but then 3 firing cycle happened dissolving multiple teams. Then started mental torture, micromanagement, unrealistic deadlines, greedy money making mind of upper management. Always behind results and savings. Manager only wants results, expects to handle multiple projects with constant followups and 0 support . They just want to throw out employees by making them resign themselves. No appreciation on hardwork . HRs are present only to do timepass and provide no support for employee wellbeing.
View on GlassdoorPros: Work life balance Medium benefits
Cons: No onsite opportunity. Promotion queue is long
