Leadership is approachable, and colleagues are genuinely helpful, which makes it easy to grow. - Early responsibility: High performers are trusted with leadership roles fairly quickly. - Exposure to global clients: Working here gives you the opportunity to collaborate with a wide range of clients across industries, which makes the work dynamic and enriching. - Growth opportunities: Apart from project work, there are mentorship and coaching oppurtunities, along with internal learning programs that help you upskill beyond your day-to-day role. - Work-life balance: Leadership here actively takes pains to ensure employees don’t work beyond normal hours except in truly extraordinary circumstances. Compared to many consulting/analytics firms, this makes for a very healthy balance between work and personal life.
Cons: - Pace of growth depends on projects: Since a lot of the work is client-facing, the pace of learning can vary depending on the projects you’re assigned. Some projects are highly enriching, while others may feel slower. - Processes still maturing: As a relatively young company, some internal processes are still evolving. At times, things may feel a bit unstructured, but leadership is open to feedback.
View on GlassdoorPros: 1. Great work culture all around, from CEO to interns. The founders put their everyday into ensuring the people at the company are happy and taken care of. 2. Projects span across different industries and tools, allowing you to level up your skills in various domains. 3. No culture of micromanagement. They trust you to do your work well, and laziness is met with strictness. However, people who do their work well, are rarely bothered/questioned. 4. The founders always discuss strategic direction of the company with the entire team, as well as assist in training of technical and soft skills. If you're someone who's meant for marketing but stuck in tech, the founder will identify it and give you an opportunities.
Cons: 1. The job is 100% remote so there can be at times the lack of socialising, however fluidata does try to rectify that with bi monthly virtual lunches and annual offsite visits.

Very well managed and very fast. What I loved most was the way the interview was conducted, It was a conversational exchange of ideas as opposed to Q&A. I also got great feedback on where I could improve and dive deep.
