Resume Shortlisting You first applied for the internship. Your resume was reviewed by the recruitment/hiring team. After being shortlisted based on your profile and skills, you were invited for the interview. This matches GF's general process of screening candidates before interviews. Face-to-Face Technical Interview — Onsite The next stage was an onsite technical interview. It lasted approximately 2 hours. The interview focused heavily on your technical knowledge, projects, skills mentioned on your resume, problem-solving ability, and how well your knowledge matched the internship. This was the main technical evaluation. Managerial Round — Virtual After the technical round, you were contacted again after a few days. You were invited for a 30-minute virtual managerial interview. This round focused more on your communication, attitude, motivation, teamwork, career goals, and whether you were a good fit for the team. GF's interview experiences also show that management/manager rounds can be used to assess experience, fit, and behavioral aspects. Selection / Hiring After successfully clearing both rounds, you were selected for the internship. The hiring process then proceeded with the internship offer/onboarding.
