The company works on cutting-edge voice bots across 20+ Indian languages, which gives you real exposure to ASR, TTS, and agentic AI systems. The team is collaborative and supportive — managers are approachable and there's a good culture of ownership. Skill development is genuinely excellent; you get to work hands-on with clients across BFSI, collections, and telecom, which builds both technical and client-facing skills quickly. Work-life balance is well-managed with a hybrid policy.
Cons: Job security could be more transparent — clearer communication around appraisal cycles and role growth would help. Promotion timelines can feel uncertain at times. These are areas where more structured HR processes would make a big difference.

Two rounds first round was machine coding , was asked to create a dashboard, basic fundaments of react, nodejs and javascript and mysql queries second round -> machine coding->implement web sockets

The first round was cleared, but they made me wait a week to schedule the second round, with a lot of uncertainty. When the second round was finally scheduled, the interviewer joined 15 minutes late, spoke for about 5-10 minutes, and the verdict was a rejection without proper feedback. A horrible experience that speaks a lot about their culture.
The process was normal, the hirer was a very junior person that came in and ask very generic question for which he was looking to hear the answer he wanted instead of discussing the different approaches.
Worst interview process. Pls don't join this fake voice bot company. Bot is worst and then entire pressure comes on you. So never join here. Only for puppets what ro write more because I have already written so much
