Only one round of interview with management and senior employees along with HR For 45 mins minimum. They ask technical questions along with behavioural questions too. Overall experience is close to 7 out of 10
Short and fast. All procedure and feedbacks were quick. Only only issue is that they lie about my question on what day to day task will be. They needs to be fair. And try to avoid face to face interviews.
Sample questions
After applying, got screening call from hr and then assessment then interview. Assessment consists aptitude questions basic QA questions, Java/Python snippets and 4 coding problems. Interview process is good and structured.
I was initially contacted by HR , who reviewed my profile and forwarded my application to the HR relevant team. The hiring process started with an online test. Initially, hr team was asked to visit the office for the test, but since I was out of Pune, the HR supported me in arranging an online test instead. The overall process was smooth and well-coordinated. The test was of medium difficulty, covering problem-solving and basic technical concepts. Unfortunately, I was not selected after the first round
Sample questions
Gruve is a great company, but my experience with the L1 interview was not good. The interview is offloaded to a third-party company. The interview was very unprofessional. The interviewer joined 9 minutes late and then directly started asking questions without any introduction. He was also speaking with someone on the phone in the local language and was paying no attention to the interview. When I asked a follow-up question, he went on mute and did not speak for about 3-4 min. He was looking for a boolean-type answer like "yes" or "no".
