I got shortlisted, and my first round of interview was conducted by Dharshini. It was a good experience and lasted for almost an hour. They shared a link and asked me to write SQL queries — I solved all the queries and also answered some theory questions. Based on my performance, I was selected for the second round as well. In the second round, the process was almost the same. The interviewer asked me some theory questions and again shared a link to write a few complex queries. I completed them too. However, due to a slight lag in my system, I took a bit more time to analyze one query — and because of that, I got rejected. I got all the outputs correctly and answered every question. I feel it’s unfair to reject a candidate for such a minor reason. If I hadn’t answered properly, rejection would make sense — but this isn’t the right way. I don’t want to mention the interviewer’s name, but I can confidently say that throughout the session, I didn’t make a single mistake. I answered all the complex queries and even explained the Python and PySpark code. Honestly, I feel they’re just conducting interviews without any serious intent. So, please be careful — don’t waste your time unnecessarily.

The interview process felt much more diverse and practical, focusing on real-world use cases. It involved working with various development tools, making it an engaging and valuable overall learning experience for me.

They conduct theree online rounds i didnt selected for next round . But it was a good experience with hash agile. they also send me a regret mail thats a good thing most of the companies wont do that.

First of all they conducted programming round to print a pattern next round with same program we have to implement in golang programming language next week have to index the dataset which they will provide using elasticsearch implementation and on next step we have to do indexing, deleting, etc

It was a 5 rounds of Interview process. The First Round was coding round in written Where there always will be a pattern problem should be given in the first round. 2nd round was to implement that written code in the VS code. 3rd round was to implement in the RUBY or GO program, we can see the syntax for that program. And 4th round was to complete the Task which was assigned to the shortlisted candidates which have 4 hours of time. Also we can access internet to do the task,But should not use any AI. And Finally 5th round was HR round where they will ask in both technical and General Questions based on the Resume. These are the Rounds when I attended, But this company will change their rounds everytime. So, get prepare for anything.
