View on GlassdoorPros: I see good working conditions. Managers are supportive, always keep motivating. Challenging work and good work-life balance. Good projects, multiple modules to explore. You can opt for multi-skilling, on job trainings & certification programs.
Cons: Appraisals are not good, it doesn't matter how much you performed, whatever kpi's completed still you'll get a hike between 0-3%

I had an online interview. The technical interviewer was rude and unprofessional : he insisted me to keep my video turned on throughout the interview,however, he kept his interview turned off. Moreover, he was continuously shoutiong and screaming at me during the interview.

The interview started with my intro in my Intro I told that I am proficient in Python, and most of my projects are based or revolve around ML or Data Science After this the interviewer straight up told me "you can leave now we're looking for java candidates only" it was quite unusual end So, I can’t say how my interview went because it never happened in the first place.
