Actually the hiring process consists of 4 rounds.starts with gd then technical assessment after that Technical Interview and at Last HR Interview . I got rejected in HR Interview don't know why I am sure that I done pretty good in the interview. Still figuring out why I got rejected. In Technical they asked me rate urself in java and python resume based project questions then exception handling and sql joins

I started the Hexaware interview process in July and successfully cleared both the assessment and technical rounds. I was informed that a client interview would be scheduled, but instead my background verification was initiated and I was asked to submit all the required documents. I was also told that my offer letter would be processed. Later, I was suddenly informed that the position was on hold, and when I asked for the reason, I was told that no offer had been released because my client interview was still pending. If the client interview was not completed, why was my BGV initiated in the first place? This entire process has taken almost a month, and I have invested a lot of time only to receive conflicting updates. I expected a much more transparent recruitment process from a reputed company like Hexaware. This has been extremely disappointing.

The company’s recruitment process consists of three rounds. The first round is a Group Discussion (GD) round, where candidates are evaluated based on their communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and ability to express their ideas. Students who clear the GD round will be shortlisted for the second round, which is an Aptitude Test. The final round is a Technical Round (TR) and HR Interview, where candidates’ technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and overall suitability for the role will be assessed.

It was an on-campus interview, and the Hexaware placement team was humble enough to explain the entire interview process during the pre-placement talk before the hiring process began. The recruitment process consisted of four rounds: Round 1: Group Discussion (GD) – They asked only general topics. This round was easy to clear if you followed the standard GD etiquette. Round 2: Online Assessment – This included aptitude, coding, technical MCQs, and vibe coding. Round 3: Technical + HR Interview Round 4: General HR Interview Although I couldn't clear the process, I believe Hexaware can definitely be cracked if your fundamentals are strong.
