Pros: Multiple timezone to work any time
Cons: No hike in years fub
View on GlassdoorPros: good communication system is availableq
Cons: sometimes work load gets high
View on GlassdoorPros: Good pay, Remote work, HR dominated
Cons: Late salaries sometimes, No SPOs for anything, Micromanaged for some teams, Firing happens very aggressively if not obeying the HRs
View on GlassdoorPros: One or two HR are good and respond nicely to the requirements when reached out via phone.
Cons: 1) Understaffed HR: Takes weeks to get a response 2) Pathetic administration: Every 3-4 months, they tighten the already worse leave policies 3) Zero/Minimal Hike (1-2%) despite performing amazingly well. They come up with a random reason that the company is in losses, but the main reason for the people leaving the company is underpayment and worse leave policies 4) Very bad leadership. I have never once spoken to my reporting manager. There is no visibility for me to show what I achieved. 5) No benefits: PF is calculated as per the minimum wage, no medical or term policies, no corporate NPS, nothing. 6) The organization is debatably run by a family that has little to no knowledge of running a firm driven by ethics and morals 7) Certainly not a Tech company. The work is repetitive, mediocre; work on an outsourced project. 8) Your job is there as long as your project is there. Firing at minimal notice of 2 weeks. NOTE: The company goes by IBROW Technology Pvt Ltd in India. Please stay away from them because they just look at you as a cow ready to be milked.

I recently had a frustrating experience interviewing for a data scientist position at Highbrow Technologies. Despite HR contacting me twice to schedule interviews, they failed to send the invites on both occasions, leaving me hanging with no confirmation. On the two occasions when interviews were scheduled, I joined promptly only to find out that the interview panel was nowhere to be found. This lack of coordination and professionalism reflects poorly on the company's operations and respect for candidates' time. Overall, my experience with Highbrow Technologies' interview process was disorganized and disappointing. I would caution other job seekers to be wary of investing their time in pursuing opportunities with this company until they demonstrate a more systematic approach to their hiring process.
