View on GlassdoorPros: Good opportunities to propel your career
Cons: Work life balance can be better
View on GlassdoorPros: Employee Lifecycle Onboarding & Discovery: Join the company and start searching for positive aspects or upside, only to find none. The Effort Phase: Work relentlessly while continuing to look for at least a single compelling reason to stay. The Inevitable End: Failing to uncover any pros, either resign or wait around to be laid off.
Cons: An absolute mess of an organization. Workforce & Compensation Issues The majority of the workforce consists of college interns or interns transitioned into FTEs, exploited as low-cost labor. There is zero direction or clarity—no one has a clue what they are supposed to be doing. Leadership & Growth Anyone who makes it to a leadership position here gets there through specific manipulation tactics, certainly not through actual leadership, mentorship skills, or vision. Growth opportunities are non-existent. The "Auto PH" Performance Appraisal System Stated goal: Designed to eliminate manager bias. Real goal: To avoid accountability to employees. If anyone dares to question their rating, managers simply throw their hands up and blame the "Auto" process. Behind closed doors, group meetings are held to override these automatic ratings just to promote favored internal cronies. A bit too automatic ain’t it. Company Culture & Expectations There are no clear definitions of success, KPIs, or actual job responsibilities. The only real rule: stay in management's good graces. Actual productivity doesn't matter as long as you maintain the illusion of working hard. Beware of the wolves in sheep's clothing everywhere. In-Office Requirements & Work Hours: Work in the office five days a week, enduring a 1.5-hour commute in heavy traffic to put in at least nine hours daily. Official organizational guidelines state that once your nine-hour shift ends, you should not entertain or respond to work calls. If you are new to the company, try following that rule and see what happens. A sneak peek at reality: being unavailable off-hours gets labeled as a lack of commitment, which leadership then ties back to core company values. In leadership meetings, non-responsiveness and longer response turn-around times are cited to hold you accountable. Ultimately, despite working hard to deliver results, you end up rated down by leadership using a supposedly "unbiased" process. Time Off & Metric Tracking: While you technically receive a generous leave allowance, taking that time off is another story. You can use your leaves, but be warned: doing so will quietly impact your KPIs. Since KPIs lack clear definitions and can be modified arbitrarily, good luck navigating performance reviews. Final Takeaway If you care about building real things, making meaningful contributions, and growing professionally, go join a startup instead. If you are inherently toxic, excel at manipulating people, act like a know-it-all, throw colleagues under the bus, and would do anything ruthless to climb the corporate ladder, then Highradius is tailor-made for you. Don't second-guess it—join immediately. You'll thank me later. If you value your career, stay far away from this place !!! A Silver Lining: You might encounter a few genuinely good people here not everyone fits the typical Highradius mold.
