Senior management is approachable and understanding The company offers excellent salaries and most roles are remote-first, which gave me the flexibility. During my time handling hiring requisitions, I interacted with many candidates and nearly everyone I spoke to was professional, respectful and kind. 100% recommend them to anyone considering a role or partnership with the company.

Pros: I've been with Hireflex247 for two years now, and it's been a positive experience. This company truly deserves a 5-star rating for numerous reasons. Firstly, the flexibility of the majority of the roles offered are remote they offer is unparalleled. The team environment here is very friendly and HR support is excellent communication for any queries. They have a dedicated team member for each department to manage people which is so very helpful. I've been sourcing talent in my role speaking to some of the international clients and I feel incredibly valued and recognized for my contributions. The management team is attentive and genuinely cares about employee well-being and professional growth. Great place to work.

Cons: While the company currently does not offer an Employer Provident Fund, they compensate for this with other benefits that tend to be more advantageous for most new hires.
