Pros: Good company to work with
Cons: Nothing to say for cons
View on GlassdoorPros: Excellent Work Life Balance and work from home options are available
Cons: Slow Growth, slow increments, slow hikes...7-12 % hike per year on an average..... but it takes a very long time to be manager. Very late back culture....simple approval of reports take 15 days.... simple change of version from say D to A takes 25 days..... which is hardly a 5mins job..... very sluggish culture Change and do switchover to survive in the competition and 3months notice period is Too much Buyout option is just for the name sake. Buyout is available only at the discretion of Management, unless the Management permits one cannot take buyout.

The interview was a great learning experience. The questions were relevant, the discussion was professional, and it gave me an opportunity to showcase my skills while understanding areas for improvement.
Sample questions
Fair and transparent and quick. Good artificial intelligence and technology integration. Interviewers gave timely feedback and had open conversations. Just that it felt like quite too many rounds and interviews.
Sample questions
Good overall process is easy and company is good Onsite interview and all the things travel management by them And benefits are good but with low salary and process is good and professional
Sample questions
Technical Round all PLM Windchill related Q's asked it went very well . Immediately got call the round is clear. And there will be Hiring manager round not technical next day Hiring round was also good but very lame reason given for not proceeding PLM project gap which they could have reviewed before only before shortlisting or arranging technical round. That too I waited for 2 days from HR and after calling for update HR said due to PLM project gap Hiring manager is not certain if I can manage or not any project follows a standarad scrum agile process for a solution architect providing solutions to client, getting requirement details and end to end implementation, smooth operation, production releases matters the most.
Sample questions
HR short list the candidate based on the experience in large EPC projects experience or relevant HVDC experience and send it to Team manager for suitability check and if profile looks OK, HR calls for preliminary check and the Manager book a virtual teams meeting and then F-F meeting with Global team for final round selection.
