1. First round was Telephonic Round with the recruiter who shortlisted me 2. 2nd round was Face to Face with another senior Recruiter and 3. The 3rd round was Face to Face with senior manager

Hucon had contacted me for one of their clients. Interview was scheduled, I have cleared the round then I visited the company and physical document verification along with HR round is done. I cleared it. I have been given a date to join (Orally). A day before joining day Hucon HR called me to confirm if I am joining or not but there was no offer letter. When I asked for offer letter HR said she will get back to me. One week later she told me that person who has supposed to release my offer letter is on leave and will be back by next week and since then no one is responding to my Mail and calls. Neither Hucon nor client. They have all my documents copy required for recruitment. This is very strange.

It was simple, taken 2 rounds, But Salary offer tooo less, they pay fixed CTC no variables, good for freshers.

I had 3 Rounds of Interview-HR,Versant,Ops. I was briefed about every round before I attending the round of interview,I had HR round in person,Versant was a telephonic IVR system and as I cleared my versant round ,I had my Operations round for which I was briefied and finally I got selected and got an Offer.
