View on GlassdoorPros: By and large, I have a great experience working at IDS Logic. The huge variety of projects that I have the opportunity to both lead and contribute, really fast-tracked my learning and helped me to gain so many new skills. My co-workers are kind and knowledgeable and I always look forward to opportunities to work on larger team projects
Cons: I don't necessarily have any negative experiences
View on GlassdoorPros: It is a great company if you are interested to work on latest technologies because the company is a Sitefinity partner and you will learn a lot about it. Besides technology skills, the company also arranges for training sessions on communication skills, special software or applications and etc. The seniors are very cooperative and will help to solve any issues easily.
Cons: No cab facility is offered to the employees.

There were 3 stages of the Interview Process. 1. With the technical Team 2. With HR 3. With the team lead Interview Process was really good and the HR took care of me pretty well in the process. I am glad that i took the interview with IDS.
Sample questions
The interview consisted of aptitude test, two technical rounds with technology specialist and the HR round . The entire process started with the written test & the aptitude test was easy, but had to be very careful as time management was a must. After clearing the written test, where the mass elimination took place, I had to wait for 2 technical rounds with seniors where I was asked question about various technologies, programming etc. The entire process took more than 2 hrs. The 2nd round was too technical one where your confidence mattered a lot. I was asked to leave for the day after this and wait to be informed about the selection. After 4to 5 days I got a call from the HR & attend the final HR round , which was very straight forward with no unwanted questions . After this ,I was offered my offer letter & I was asked to join at the earliest . I liked to the way the entire process was handled , which showed great efficiency without much waiting time.
Sample questions
There were three rounds of Interview, First one was with HR which took around 15 minutes, second one was technical round taken by Assistant Manager that took approx 45 minutes and final round was happened with Director of the company that took more than one hour. The final round was telephonic round, I received call from UK as Director of this company operates from UK branch of this company.
Sample questions
Bad. Wasted 2 days in the process. No value of time & resources. Non-cooperative. On day 1 waited for 2 hours after written test after that I could see the interviewer entering the room for 1st tech. Day 2 called up again for 2 final rounds with directors. wasted 2 hours & no interview.
Sample questions
It depends on their requirement, if its urgent or someone is leaving, they'll hire anyone who can just say linux...
