Great opportunities and positive work culture
Pros: The company is doing so well both as a team and also at the individual level. The first thing I noticed about here is it's the peaceful and positive atmosphere, be it your colleagues or the management. The technologies used are all very much relevant and popular leading us to get enough exposure and proficiency in handling them which is very much essential for our career growth. Another important thing is rather than stuck at a single position, we got to take a lot of opportunities in playing different roles during the development process of a product which is very important in expanding our knowledge and efficiency

Autonomy, culture, and fun are three words that sum up what's it like to work at IGDS!
Pros: IGDS emphasizes a lot on learning. Fast-paced environment with maximum learning opportunities in multiple domains. There is a large scope to learn and grow professionally. As a Software Developer, IGDS enables me to be the best engineer I can be. The tools and infrastructure are outstanding, and I don't have to devote as much time to activities extraneous to my work. Committed to employee welfare and learning. Strictly going by the rules. Give you a sense of pride and belonging.
Cons: It's a bit hard to navigate at first as it's unlike normal job boards. It's quite dynamic. Once you learn how to navigate all the tools and technologies it is worth the initial discontents.

A company for those who are honest-to-goodness, volunteering, willingness to listen, learn, and grow.
Pros: The company itself is so transparent with all that goes on at the highest levels of the organization. The compensation, benefits, and perks are top notch in the industry. The people are absolutely fantastic and always willing to help. There is a generous education allowance to use in the way that you deem fit (formal courses, online courses, professional conferences, certifications, etc.) to continue to build up our individual skill set in support of common and aligned goals of the organization. Training processes are great and really help people to feel comfortable in each position. Extremely fast-growing company and a wonderful place to work!
Cons: It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company.
