Good company for work

Pros: Freshers will get a very good opportunity to start their career with latest technologies. The positive environment and very supportive seniors. You will get the opportunity to work on live projects. Also, you will get a chance to communicate with clients that are very beneficial. You will get the bonus as per your performance.

Cons: Sometimes you have to use your own gadgets instead of a company.

Great Company to Work

Pros: Its a great experience to work at iKart Solutions . Everyday there are challenging tasks which i love here and you can have exposure to work in multiple technologies and management is also supportive learning new things. All employees including management is supportive .

Cons: I have not faced much issues while working here regarding projects . Everything related to work is upto the mark .

Excellent place to kick start your career

Pros: Good learning opportunities and exposure to corporate and competitive environment. Very flexible with working conditions. Interesting work with challenging timelines and objectives Don't hang yourself by making the same mistake twice. Technology is always growing and we are expected to grow with it.

Cons: You may have to stay after office hours as per client's requirement and priority wise work that also depend on the Employee how he / she handle the situation. Technology is always growing and we are expected to grow with it. (It is in prons as well but it's I consider cons as well for me)
