Dont release the Payment after multiple follow up

Pros: Nothing so far as the overall experience has been very bad

Cons: I have been associated with CollegeDekho (ImagineXP) as a contractual Digital Marketing trainer since June 2025. Until September 2025, payments were released on time and the working experience was smooth. However, since October 2025, my remuneration has been pending without resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups over the last three months and repeated assurances that the payment would be cleared by specific dates, there has been no closure or clarity. Unfortunately, my primary point of contact has also stopped responding to calls and messages, which has made the situation more difficult and unprofessional to handle. I have escalated this internally and am hoping for a prompt and fair resolution. Posting this review only because all other channels of communication have failed so far. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves its internal communication and payment processes for contractual partners.
