Pros: Honestly, very little to say. You may get to wear multiple hats due to the chaotic environment, which could help if you're trying to pad your resume — but that's about it.
Cons: No Work-Life Balance: Expect to work long hours, weekends, and be available at all times without appreciation. Toxic Leadership: The company is run like a one-man show. The CEO is unpredictable, emotionally unstable, and operates with zero professionalism. Feedback is not welcome, and fear is used as a management tool. No Structure: There's no clear vision, no proper management, and absolutely no HR support. Career Dead-End: Joining this company is career suicide. There is no learning, no mentorship, and no real projects that align with industry standards. Job Insecurity: People are hired and fired on a whim. There is no job stability — you could be out the door for reasons that make no sense. Mental Toll: The environment is mentally draining and can severely affect your confidence and mental health.
