I was informed it was a face-to-face interview, but after travelling six hours from another city, I discovered it was actually a walk-in drive with around 300 candidates. This was never communicated beforehand. I spent hours waiting with no interview initially, resulting in wasted time, travel expenses, and significant personal inconvenience. Candidates deserve clear and transparent communication about the interview format.

The interview process consisted of 3 rounds: Technical Round 1: Focused on PySpark. Questions covered DataFrames, transformations, partitions, joins, optimization, and real-world scenarios. Technical Round 2: Focused on Python. Questions included Python fundamentals, coding, problem-solving, and data structures. Managerial Round: Discussed my previous projects, work experience, problem-solving approach, communication skills, and behavioral questions. Overall, it was a good interview experience. The interviewers were professional, and the questions were relevant to the role. The process was well-structured and provided a good opportunity to demonstrate both technical and communication skills.
