Cons: Extremely Toxic Culture: The toxic environment starts directly with leadership. Top management shows zero regard for employee health, personal well-being, or professional growth, focusing strictly on output at any cost with no emphasis on team culture or bonding. Abusive Engineering Management: Under senior engineering leads, the management style relies on constant micromanagement, threats, and aggressive behavior. Foul language, verbal abuse, and constant judging are routinely used to intimidate junior developers into delivering work. Hostile & High-Pressure Atmosphere: You are forced to operate in a perpetual state of fear due to continuous warnings, unrealistic pressure, and heavy-handed control. Retaining your job feels less about performance and more about pure overwork and manager-pleasing. Unfocused & Blind AI Directives: Senior management lacks a basic understanding of AI, yet pushes unrealistic, unbounded expectations onto engineering teams to build random concepts—often with the explicit goal of automating roles to lay off staff rather than driving true business growth. Uninvested Engineering Management: Senior management is heavily distracted by side businesses and personal ventures, treating engineering management as a part-time task. They only show up to demand quick updates rather than actively supporting or guiding the team.

5 rounds of interview - machien learning knowledge + pseudo coding decisison tree + linear algebra + statistics. many such questions were asked and it was pretty difficult. also we had case studies. it was pretty difficult. a bit of resume grilling
The process is clean and professional. They walked me with every steps on the process and it's a good way to take on and get into the company it's easier.

first 3 rounds are rigorous, checking your ML, DL, Stats, Probability, Linear Algebra knowledge along with Python, pandas, numpys, sckit learn(basically you should know how to write an ipynb on your own from scratch,EDA to modelling) then round 4 is resume based, thorough questions on Projects, with some HR questions.
