HR reaches out after shortlisting follows up to attend the interview and then ghosts you after the interview. Simple rejection msg could have done. HR Does not pick up the call. Interview was easy, not too difficult to answer, basic questions on SQL oops c#, interview went well.
Interview process was fine, no as such technical questions specially in first round only few in second but no update from the HR End , neither positive nor negative. Now gosted took around 2-3 weeks
Sample questions
2 step interview First HR to discuss potential, expectations and vision of the candidate also understand the company requirements at the same time. and then with Hiring Manager to discuss technical expertise and growth options
Sample questions
3 Rounds of interviews first by TA team second by manager and third by VP. Not very hard anyone who have enough knowledge about healthcare recruitment will easily crack the interview.
