Absolutely harrasment
Pros: Nothing at all, absolutely nothing
Cons: The company is going to shutdown soon because of Manu's leadership, lot of ego, no concern for employees, ego satisfaction, treats employees like slaves, Fire Manu and the company might grow..

Worst place anyone can step into
Pros: A total bunch of negative management, they don’t mind to suck your blood. It’s better to be jobless than joining here
Cons: Remove 3 years bond, provide safe environment for employees. Don't treat resource like your slaves. Stop office politics, a Start run company stop your family ego satisfactions. Focus on work rather than focusing on females.
