I have cleared and i completed hr final discussion too before 2 days of joining they said position is filled by our internal resources that is very worst experience i have ever faced
Sample questions
L1 technical round Which includes lwc, apex, coding, SOQL questions. 1. How can we hide component for some users and show to some users 2. Write query to fetch second height amount
The interview process starts with an HR call to collect candidate details and conduct initial screening. This is followed by Technical Round 1, a final Managerial Round, and salary discussion based on skills, experience, and role expectations.
Sample questions
This was one of the most unprofessional interview experiences I have had in my 8 years as a designer. There was no interview structure, no preparation, and no respect for the candidate’s experience. The interviewer was a developer, yet asked no relevant or meaningful design-related questions. The conversation had no direction and felt awkward and poorly handled. The most shocking part was that during the interview, the interviewer shared his own company email incorrectly, asked me to send the task there, and immediately ended the call without any confirmation or clarification. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dealing with senior-level candidates. Assigning a task is one thing, but providing wrong contact details and cutting the call instantly shows a complete lack of professionalism and coordination. The entire process felt rushed, disrespectful, and poorly managed. Advice to Management: Please ensure interviewers are properly trained, prepared, and respectful of candidates’ time and experience. This interview process reflects very poorly on the company’s culture.
3 rounds of interview including manager round and 2 are technical. Asks about experience and technical related things and problem solving , design patterns, collection, error handling , oops concepts
